Kangsoo Y. says, "We just moved to the US from Korea and the change has been very tough for my kids. They are not familiar with the US school system and falling behind. I saw their confidence draining. But all of that changed when SoFlo came into the picture. To start, they gave a free assessment so they could figure out where my children were struggling. From there we had weekly tutoring sessions that my kids actually enjoy. I am seeing their confidence return and life in the US get better for them" Read more

Meet your future tutor, Elisa! She's has over five years of experience and Math wasn't always her favorite or best subject, either. An advanced math student in high school, an Actuarial Science graduate, and currently a data analyst. I am an adjunct math professor at a local university and prefer online tutoring, but can meet in person. Numbers are her expertise and passion. Her favorite part of tutoring is seeing a student get something on their own after struggling with a similar question. With a little patience and hard work, your success is also mine! I love to help others be the best they can be! It's never a fact that you "can't" do something, it's just a matter of how long and how much practice it takes before you can! How it actually means something. Learning is something we'll all be doing for life, and knowledge is one thing that can never be taken from you!

Reviews for O'fallon math tutors

Recent success stories from people in the O'fallon area.
Karen L.
"My daughter had to write a pre-algebra test in a few days and I was concerned she was struggling. I contacted SoFlo online, expressed my concern and in spite of the tight schedule they moved things around to accommodate my daughter. I witnessed the session and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. I love the teaching method, and that my daughter was offered multiple methods to solve the same problem. I recommend SoFlo highly! He truly cares about you understanding the material. He has his own notes that he shares with you to make sure you understand what you are doing. He also takes it step by step and asks you after each step if you understand it. He also will answer your questions if you text them to him outside of a tutoring session. He texted me pictures of the work, and when I didn't understand it still, he met with me during a time that we did not have set up to show me how he did it and did not charge me for that meeting. He truly cares about your success and is not just doing it for the extra money. I would recommend him to anyone needed a tutor.
