I am a Master's student, but on hiatus as I finish my capstone, and part of my love for social work and children is working with them, watching them grow, and helping them learn. Excited to hear from you!

I really enjoy helping people so will take the time to ensure that in every session you learn something new. We will work together to progress you towards your goals. Through the six years I studied architecture in college to the multiple years of fulltime work, I've come to learn numerous tools and technologies that assist in design and also workflows. Programs like Photoshop, Indesign, Sketchup, AutoCad, Rhino, and Revit were all used. However, one of the issues I realized was that many classes don't teach past the basics of these programs or technologies. Sometimes these aren't even taught at all. All of this is usually under the statement that programs like Revit "hinder design". I disagree with this statement. I graduated with a bachelors in mathematics and computer science from the College of the Holy Cross.

One of my passions in life is explaining mathematical and scientific concepts. The moment when I see that lightbulb of understanding go off is immensely rewarding to me. I have a dual degree in mathematics and economics, and I have been working as a trader in quantitative finance for the last 8 years. I can help to teach you math and programming from both a theoretical perspective as well as with practical, real-world motivating examples.
