I provide quality tutoring that I want to keep accessible for everyone. I am an AP and honors student who has tutor before through organization like NHS and taught through other jobs kids ages 4-17. I know what it’s like to be struggling in class because the teacher’s style of teaching does not work with you. I want to make sure that when you walk into my tutoring sessions you feel comfortable and learn productively. To ensure this I keep communication at the forefront of every lesson. Within the first two weeks of his sophomore year at Phillips Academy, Andover, Curtis was one of three students selected to skip out of the year-long Competence in Writing requirement. He then continued to stand out in advanced English electives meant for juniors and seniors, often receiving only an A+ in a class. Through deep study of adapting literature for performance, Curtis caught the acting bug in college and graduated with a degree in Performance Studies from Northwestern University.
