I take pride in the genuine connections I form with my students. While working with learners, I do my best to find the balance of having fun, being engaging, and working hard to reach academic goals. Working with students is the thing I love most about my job. I currently work as a high school special education teacher, and every day is so different-it is always an adventure! I love problem solving together to work through tough questions or finding new ways to teach materials. We become a team and when we work together, we always get the job done....

I absolutely love helping children with their homework. If the teachers way doesn't click to the student, I try to think of different ways for them to understand it easier.
