I currently am an instruction assistant at adams elementary school.. I work with essential skills for kids ranging from kindergarten to third grade. I love working with students who think writing is boring--who say, "it doesn't matter what I write...". I only work in person because I believe that wrtiting is personal and I need to really listen and try to understand the challenges of each student.
