I currently am an instruction assistant at adams elementary school.. I work with essential skills for kids ranging from kindergarten to third grade. I assist with all subjects and help build structure and organization in their everyday routine. I have also had experience teaching my own classroom in Istanbul, Turkey at a private tutoring school for English as second language ranging from age six to about seventeen.

One of my greatest strengths as an educator is meeting each student’s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I am able to achieve this by seeing and assessing my students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences.
