Hi, I’m Krissi! I’ve spent nearly two decades helping students conquer standardized tests, working across the SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, MCAT, ISEE, and SSAT. Along the way, I’ve taught thousands of students and developed curriculum for some of the biggest names in test prep. For the past five years, though, I’ve focused almost exclusively on my two favorite exams: the SAT and LSAT. I love that success on these tests is truly about thinking strategically and helping students discover they’re capable of much more than they realized. My sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and tailored to how you learn. We’ll celebrate the wins, laugh at the

Hello! I am a Chemical Engineering student double majoring in Physics and minoring in biotechnology at Northwestern University. For 2 years now, I have held a position as an Undergrad TA teaching Linear Algebra and other fundamental engineering concepts as an employee of the Electrical Engineering Department here. Before that, I served as a TA in an Homeschool AP Lit class. Over the years, I have come to realize I have a knack for walking students through the learning process from "What is this assignment asking for?" to "Where can I find the information I need?" to "How can I retain what I just learned?". Beyond merely providing explanations

One more person to add to your list of SoFlo successes! One need not look any further for a statistics tutor. Our tutor Manny yield successful results! His experience is evident as is his love of teaching. He identified my problems at their root and created a customized plan to help me improve. My tutor is a great motivator, making the material relevant and easy to understand with nice examples. Thank you for helping restore my confidence. The world needs great teachers as talented and devoted as you are Manny. I can say that you are in a league of your own. What a great mathematician/statistician you are! I tried two other statistics instructors that had great reviews and high credentials, but they did not make a positive enough impact on my statistics learning like you were able to do for me. They also charged more. I achieved more learning in less time when you taught. You're smart and you care for all the right reasons. My only regret or misfortune was that I had not discovered you earlier. Results are achievable with you! I'm living proof!

Saadutu was a wonderful tutor. She was able to explain complex concepts in a way that made them simple. She was very responsive and timely, and even interrupted her own schedule to help with last minute issues. My son was lost at the beginning of the semester before we found her and getting consistent As and Bs after just a few weeks of starting with Saadutu.

The COVID lockdowns of our public schools, spanning two academic school years, severely impacted our son. He lost interest in everything except video games. His sense of apathy turned into a strong trait of "learned helplessness". Disciplinary incidents were always someone else's fault. Every adversity was another reason to give up. Ms. DiDomenico agreed to take on a very tough case with our son. She patiently introduced him to the principles of the Growth Mindset. She made subtle and consistent suggestions to introduce him to the concept of personal accountability. Working with Ms. DiDomenico, his grades steadily improved. More importantly, he developed his own goals. We were beyond surprised (shocked, actually) when he announced that he had identified a new school, applied, and went through multiple rounds of interviews on his own! He is now studying abroad on a full scholarship.

He held my son accountable and challenged him when he wasn’t putting forth his best effort. He was consistent with homework assignments to strengthen his weaknesses. Finally, I received weekly reports on my son’s progress. Mr. Smith is great at connecting with young people and I highly recommend him!
