I plan great lessons and really put forth time into trying to find the gaps within the children. Once I find the gaps I put together quality work to help improve my students work. I give assessments to see what they have learned and what they are still struggling with. I enjoy working with students on a daily basis. I believe the children are our future and they can be anything they want if they work hard. Each child deserves a great education and I plan on doing what I can to help children become successful!...

My service includes finding the problem and reteaching. Sometimes a student misses a key concept that keeps them from succeeding as the work becomes more complicated. Tutoring should be more than homework help. The student needs to take what you are working on to the classroom and beyond. I enjoy working with the students and sharing my knowledge. It is very rewarding to see a student have the 'ahha' moment when it all comes together.

I am an engineer who specializes in helping students understand advanced concepts without most of the headaches and boredom of long confusing lectures. I use creative ways to help others deal with difficult math problems with underatandable explanations. I work mostly with the age groups from 12 years and up.
