I have just recently graduated from American Military University with a BS in Mathematics, and am currently attending Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering for a MS in Computational and Applied Mathematics. I enjoy helping students realize their potential when it comes to math. I don’t believe that any kid is “bad” at math, just not being taught in a way that makes sense to them. I have experience tutoring from first grade through high school. I have also taken up to differential equations and advanced statistics. I am comfortable teaching coding in R for statistics or analysis as well.

I’m passionate about helping students become stronger readers and writers. My goal is to make language arts less intimidating and help students feel confident expressing their ideas clearly.
