I am a retired high school math teacher with a degree in Mathematics and 17 years of teaching experience. My experience includes all levels of high school math including Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre Calculus as well as Pre Algebra and Liberal Arts Math. I have tutored various students over the years from elementary to college level. I really enjoy helping students understand math concepts. My teaching style is somewhat methodical with emphasis on clarifying concepts according to the students understanding. From the past 6 years, I have been teaching students and helping them out in Mathematics, Science, and Commerce. I have helped college students in Advanced Mathematics, Biology Chemistry, Physics, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Pharmacology, etc. I am myself graduated in these fields.

As a student with adhd, I know how difficult it can be to learn. I had plenty of tutors throughout my years of grade school and high school. However, all it took was finding my learning style and I excelled. I’ve received B’s in both Calculus 1 and 2, and studied linear algebra, algebra and geometry in my own time to perfect personal programming projects. My current education is a Bachelors degree, as I’m currently working on a masters in software engineering. I’m excited to teach and learn with students.
