I am a retired ELA (English Language Arts) teacher, having taught at Plantation High School for 15 years. I taught grades 9 through 12 including ELL (English Language Learners) from Haiti, other parts of the Caribbean, and Central and South America. I am fluent in Spanish (born In La Paz Bolivia), grew up bilingual, and understand some French. I lived in Australia and attended public school there from ages 6 to 10.
