I enjoy working with children of all ages and enjoy seeing the spark "ah-ha" moments when they figure your how to do something on their own. To me seeing children's growth in their self esteem as they learn at these times is rewarding from my teaching and indicates skill building and feels "good" as children learn and promotes healthy self esteem.
