I am a bilingual, credentialed, National Board-certified, experienced teacher now working as a private tutor. I primarily help students improve their reading fluency, comprehension, math, and Spanish skills. I have had many years’ success diagnosing students’ learning gaps and efficiently using time to help them rapidly improve. I am adept at motivating students to try harder and see the connection between their effort/attitude and their achievement.

When I was going through elementary and middle school, I struggled in school, more specifically in math. Without all the support from my teachers and the tutors I had, I wouldn't be doing what I love most today. Tutoring brings me so much joy.
