As a retired college professor, I bring over 10 years of teaching experience to the table. For more than 20 years, I have coached students, friends, and family members in Mathematics and Physics. I make learning enjoyable and teach subjects from the fundamentals up, avoiding unnecessary repetition.

Hi, my name is Alejandra and I offer tutoring services for Math and Science. Outside of work, I enjoy running and practicing yoga. On my days off, you can find me spending time with my cat Keanu Reeves or listening to audiobooks while cleaning.

I am a dental student at California Northstate University with a strong academic background in science and education. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from University of California, Berkeley with a high GPA, and I have been teaching students since I was 18 years old. My teaching journey began as a high school chemistry instructor and has expanded to subjects including Biology, Calculus, Algebra, and Physics. I am passionate about helping students truly understand concepts instead of simply memorizing them. I believe science becomes exciting once students get past the intimidating “hard shell” and start seeing how everything connect

A current UC Davis student with a 4+ year of tutoring experience, including high school, middle school, and elementary school students. Have also worked with a mentoring program at my school to help those that may be struggling on certain subjects. With this, I try to create the best study plan for them as well as give a much more clear explanation on subjects that might seem complicated.
