Isabel Alonso

Hello! My name is Isabel (Izzy) and I'm a current honors student at UC Davis. With tutoring being my sole job, I am dedicated to providing personalized and high-quality tutoring services while focusing on understanding each student's unique learning style and goals, ensuring tailored and effective tutoring sessions. I have expertise in biology from middle school to AP testing, as well as reading and writing of all levels, and most levels of math. I am also fluently bilingual as I grew up with parents speaking Spanish and constantly visiting family in Mexico - thus, I would love to help with ESL or Spanish tutoring. As an overachieving student who has learned the importance of balance, as well as a young person myself, I want to create a focused but fun and engaging learning environment in which I can relate to and genuinely help each student's needs.
