I am super excited when my students got accepted to Stanford, UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, and UC Santa Cruz. My students all became more successful than myself. Two of my students became interns at Amazon as computer programmers from UC Berkeley and UC Irvine. One former high school student who got an F in calculus later on got an A in calculus in the next year with my help. She managed to graduate form UC Santa Barbara finally. I have 24 years experience as an elementary school teacher. I have taught all levels K-6, but have the most experience in grades 3 and 4. I can tutor in all areas, but specialize in Language Arts. I have a Bachelors Degree in Liberal studies, an Elementary Teaching Credential, and a Masters in Teaching Degree. Recent Masters of Education in School Counseling Graduate. I have been working with and mentoring students for the last three years and have a passion in changing the lives of students to be the best version of themselves and learn how to unlock the potential they have. This passion developed due to my struggles in college. Failing out when I first started at 18 to getting a masters degree in school counseling has been a 180 degree turn for my life and want to use my experience to guide students to success.
