I have several hours of tutoring and teaching at the middle school, high school, and university level. I have taught individuals and large groups of students. My specialties are in Chemistry, Mathematics, Spanish, and some English writing. I love to inspire people through truth and knowledge, and my general approach is to teach thoroughly and assess knowledge and skills through questioning and constant feedback. I have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and an M.S. in BioScience. Currently working towards a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.

I use research based teaching methods that are proven to improve a childs performance in areas of Math and Reading. Children that are not performing well at their grade level I have a strong passion to see them grow and succeed in their present grade.

I’m an experienced Teacher with more than 15 years of teaching children and adults. My style of teaching is student centered so I evaluate the students learning styles and their strengths and weaknesses in learning patterns. I then develop a plan to improve and strengthen their reading skills and abilities to learn by making it fun and engaging.
