Learning to read is empowering. It opens so many doors, both personally and professionally. I have been a special education teacher for over 30 years. I no longer serve the public school system but have decided to offer my services in my own classroom I build as an addition to my home. I hold a Masters Degree in Special Education, a BA in Sociology/Human Services. I connect with children on the spectrum and love my SPED kidos.

I am a Mom of two. My daughter went to university in Scotland, and stayed there. My son is a junior in High School. We homeschool and love it. I worked as a School Psychologist in the public schools for over 20 years. I have worked in person and remote. In my spare time, I like to travel, ride bikes, walk, sew, and do anything at all with my family. Oh, and I have a Chewenie named Bodie.
