Hi! I’m a seasoned teacher with over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I worked in public education since 2005 and recently decided to develop a tutoring and academic coaching business. I hold a MA Ed in Special Education and also taught ML/ELL English and elementary subjects. My greatest joys are in helping students to utilize their strengths and to help them make academic and growth in their self esteem!

I studied history at central washington university, with a French minor. I spent 6.5 years working as a developer in both front end and back end languages. I am currently a high school computer science and robotics teacher. I believe in a wholeistic approach to student development. Education, especially equitable education, begins and ends with student knowledge. I often learn from my students and find that they are a wealth of ideas and thought.
