What makes tutoring - and education in general - fun and exciting for me is when students have that "Ah Ha" moment - they get it...and that I had a part in that learning and/or understanding experience/process. Working with students as I have with 6th, 7th, and 8th graders over the past number of years is witnessing their intellectual growth and the self-confidence they develop. This keeps me "forever young" and excited to help with their achievement.
