About
Hi! My name is LeShelle and i'm an American native living in Texas. My number one passion in life is to help people learn and grow to become the best version of themselves..which has become my life's work. I am an ESL Tutor, Video Blogger, and also teach in a highly multi-cultural church (mostly French natives).
I have been teaching English as a Second Language for a few years now and i absolutely love it! I teach online and in classroom settings helping with everything from basic conversational to business professional English.
I have such great students who are making strides not only in their journey to fluency, but in their careers as well. Many have landed great jobs and promotions due to our weekly sessions together. Others have passed English exams with flying colors! I absolutely love hearing their testimonies and success reports. It makes me so happy and fulfilled to know that i am accomplishing my purpose in life.
I am truly delighted for this opportunity to help you conquer the English language. My approach is very kind and patient because i understand that not everyone learns in the same manner. However, everyone has the capacity to learn and succeed. I believe in you and look forward to seeing you soon!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I generally try to discover the student's speaking ability by way of a simple introduction and asking a few basic questions about their country and school/profession. From there, i would either share something good that i've learned about the information they gave or tell them a little more about me in order to make them feel relaxed. I want them to be comfortable and confident to talk freely with me as friends. At this point, i would ask how they first started to learn English (class or self-taught) and what is their biggest challenge. I would then congratulate them on what they've achieved so far, encourage them and give suggestions on ways i can help them improve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly three years experience teaching English as a Second Language in both online and classroom settings. I teach a small group of French natives in a local community church as well as virtual one-on-one lessons with students around the world daily. English was always my favorite and best subject throughout all my school years. I seemed to be naturally good at it; making high scores and being entered into spelling bees by my teachers..but i was terrible at Math, lol.
