Hi, my name is Laura. I have been teaching in various forms of education for over thirty years. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education: Early Childhood through 4th grade. I taught in public schools, homeschooled my own children, and taught online to students and adults in different parts of the world. I consider myself laid back and easy to talk with. I am very good at helping students learn the fundamentals of reading, math, and conversational skills.

I customize my lessons to each student's needs and goals in order to help them achieve the best results possible. Using my degree in education, I have worked with students of many levels over the past 28+ years. In additon, as a homeschool mom, I have taught my own children in all subject areas and am proud of my daughter's current success in college. I currently teach high school literature and writing to high school students at a homeschool co-op and try to instill a love for great literature in my students.
