I enjoy the light in a child's eyes when they realize that they can read. And better yet, when they understand what they understand what they have just read. Tutoring is my way of giving back to students who have difficulties in learning. I enjoy working with students that are dyslexic. I've worked with students that are dyslexic and they really appreciate the patience that I give to them. My middle daughter is dyslexic and she is working on her second degree. Remember you don't outgrow dyslexia, you learn to work with it....

I’m a retired nuclear medicine professional specialized in cardiology. . An associate fellow of American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. I attained a doctorate level in my education. Been a tutor all the way back in college tutoring freshmen students keeping them from dropping out of college. I believe everyone is smart and can succeed when patience, compassion, dedication and respect for one another is not lacking. I love sharing my education and inspiring my students. I have earned my Associates Degree and Bachelor's of Science in Human Services teaching youth literacy and English.
