Hello! I am Jamie. I am 4th year teacher. Right now I teach PreK-4. I have taught first and second grade in all subjects. I have been tutoring for over 10 years and started in middle school. I have a passion for teaching and want the best for all students.

I have a BA in Classical Greek from the University of Tübingen in Germany. I am fluent in German and have reading knowledge of Latin, Greek (ancient and modern), and biblical Hebrew.

I believe these learning environments allow for more adaptability to every type of student, are more flexible, and can be more engaging for everyone. Speaking of engaging, I LOVE incorporating model making (especially using food 😉) anything that lets us have "hands on" experiences, or even physical movement. I like to try and get *all* of our senses involved with learning- yes even for English lessons!
