I am a Certified Public Accountant 73 years old. I homeschooled my grand daughter during covid. Taught math and reading during my time with her. I'm good at teaching elementary math. I like to read out loud and am capable of teaching elementary reading. Currently I work in public accounting for small business. I have passed the background check for Dallas ISD and have volunteered for Reading Partners organization.

I am fluent in 4 languages and have homeschooled my children, who are bilingual in English and Spanish. I understand how important conversation is to learning languqges.

I hold these certifications currently: Generalist 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, Journalism 7-12, and ESL Supplemental 4-12. I recently retired from the classroom, but want to continue my ties to education. The bulk of my classroom experience is with students that have learning differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and executive functioning difficulties. I have specialized in working with students on an individual basis and delivering instructions based on their learning styles.
