Hello, my name is Jorge Ahumada, I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Pre-Med from UTD, towards Medical School. I tutored Science and Mathematics at Dallas College Northlake Campus for three years bilingually (English-Spanish), and on my own. Actually, I tutor Mathematics, Science,Spanish, and ESL, independently. My goal as a tutor is, not only for students and parents to see tangible results adjusting my tutoring to the needs of each student, but for students to become confident and excited about learning, while experiencing progress.

Stone holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and brings 3 years of private tutoring experience in high school STEM subjects. He draws on his passion for science, history, and philosophy to make complex concepts relatable by using real-world examples, and hopes to make education a fun and inspirational process for all of his students.

I have always had a talent for explaining solutions and the process in a way that doesn’t hurt your brain. In middle school and high school, students asked for my help instead of the teachers' help.

I teach Maths to classes 6-10. Thanks to modern technologies, making both teaching and learning math so much easier and so much more effective. I extensively use web apps where students interact and get a basic understanding of concepts much better. Mediocre teachers teach, and better teachers inspire. I work on my students to develop their ability to find answers by themselves.

I’m currently a college freshman I passed all my social study class in middle school with honors and took college classes that studied in history and science when I was in highschool.
