I am a Texas certified Science/Math teacher with 3 years experience teaching AP Physics 1 and Chemistry (Gr. 10-12) in Spring, Texas. I also taught ACT Science and Math test prep classes on weekends. In my AP Physics class, my goal was to fully equip my students with the critical thinking ability, skills, and confidence to prepare for the CollegeBoard AP Physics 1 exam. My main focus will be to meet your academic expectations and strengthen areas you are struggling with.
I love teaching! I can break down difficult concepts to much simpler terms to allow the student to understand their subject much more efficiently!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess the student's weaknesses and work with them to help strengthen those areas. The student will in return fully understand and have more confidence during exams and assignments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had English language learner training, gifted talented training, CollegeBoard AP Physics training and the pedagogy training to attain my standard teaching certificate. I have a masters of science degree in engineering.
