From the initial customer service call in understanding our options, finding the right tutor for my son, the immediate placement and flexible of our schedule. They did a great job. Customized tutoring With hardly 2 weeks left for ACT, I wanted to get someone to help my daughter with Reading and English parts of the ACT test. Gabriela quickly put together a customized program, after meeting the first time that included homework outside of tutoring hours. After the second meeting (4 hrs total tutoring time), my daughter's practice tests saw a significant improvement (between 8 to 10 points). She was able to apply all strategies that Gabriela taught her. I highly recommend Gabriela for any of language help she provides but would personally recommend her for Reading and English sections of standardized testing. I feel she is highly skilled in customizing a tailored program for the student rather than a one size fits all approach.

I really feel that he cares about my son. Coach West go over and beyond to make sure my son understands what he's teaching him. He works off the clock to find ways to help my son understand his teaching him. He has earned my Trust with all he does!!! I have a lot of respect Coach West.

I like Ryan because he is relatable. He is a good teacher but switches things up because he is still a young adult. I think hes able to teach me because hes still in touch with modern games and music. I find it fun even to learn from because its nice to be able to relate to a teaching figure. --- Kieran

My daughter suffers from dyslexia and ADHD, which makes reading a struggle. In the short time she has worked with Susan she has already made improvements on here school administered reading assessments. I couldn't recommend Susan more she is a huge help.
