I’m an elementary school teacher that teaches general education classes including reading, writing, math, and science. I have master’s degrees in both curriculum and instruction, and elementary mathematics. I believe in a student-centered approach to teaching. My goal is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to take ownership of their learning, develop critical thinking skills, and build confidence in their abilities. By incorporating differentiated instruction and evidence-based strategies, I strive to meet the diverse needs of all learners and help them achieve academic success.

I give very good example problems and I make sure to break down each step into pieces that way we can follow along together. I also make sure that my students will engage and write out some of the answers their self. I also had a passion for teaching after taking a teacher cadet course because it made me feel better by helping other students who needed it.
