I enjoy making learning fun for my students. I attempt to present concepts in unique ways many times with humor. Science can be an exciting subject from the smallest atom to the new steps on the moon. I was a special education teacher for 30 years. I am certified in Special Education, Biology and English. I love teaching and I would love to work with you!!!!

I have taught English for 37 years to High school students in all levels. I have tutored students to pass the GED test and also SAT verbal prep. I taught in the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone, West Africa and prepared students to take their O and A level examinations with a high rate of success.I also have had experience at the college level teaching Developmental English, and Comp I and II. I was invited to teach Adult Students for the Dept of education and authored a course: Study Skills for Adult Learners.
