I have a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Arts in Peychology and am an avid history buff and writer. I am deeply passionate about helping elementary and middle school students build strong, lasting confidence in mathematics. My goal is to set every student up for long‑term success by strengthening their foundational skills and helping them discover that math can be both understandable and enjoyable. I have a strong engineering background with Bachelors and Masters degrees from University of Texas, Austin.

Having a graduate degree in Arts and Teaching and seven years of teaching experience at both the middle and high school level provides me with a large tool box of strategies to help it click and connect for the student. I have tutored all subjects with a great deal of success, and improved SBAC scores by over two full points for students. I have also worked with many students with learning disabilities as well as students on the spectrum.
