Introduce yourself, tell students what it's like working with you, and explain why you'll do an excellent job.

I used to be a struggling writer. In fact, I often avoided classes that included a lot of writing. Then I met a few awesome writers and professors who not only gave me the help I needed to succeed but also instilled a passion for the written word. I want to pass that on. I now work as a middle school language arts and journalism teacher, and I've also published several articles and compilation pieces.

My passion is helping others to be successful in achieving their academic needs.

I have been teaching in public and private schools for 44 years in English and social studies. I am easy to work with and have taught a variety of areas in the two disciplines above. I look forward to working with all students at the secondary level.
