About
I've always had a passion for teaching and working with students to help them achieve all their academic goals.
I've worked as a Teaching Assistant at Ohio State for the past 2 years prior to graduation, and also as a private tutor for all kinds of subjects!
My style is very collaborative - I'm here to help you however I can!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First priority is getting to know the student, their course, and what they feel they're having the most trouble with.
Next I like to spend some time building a gameplan with the student that helps us achieve what we need to before important deadlines (i.e. tests + deadlines) so we are always on track and never overloading.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Magna Cum Laude Graduate from Ohio State (Major in Finance, minor in Economics)
- 2 Years as a Finance Teaching Assistant @ Ohio State
- 2 Years as a personal tutor for subjects including ACT/SAT test prep, Interview prep, Accounting, and General Business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Usually $30 - $40 / Session, but can be flexible.
How did you get started teaching?
I've been passionate about teaching since High School, where I was extremely involved with after school tutoring programs to help work with students to excel in their courses.
What types of students have you worked with?
Elementary, Middle School, High School, College Undergraduate
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Graduating from Ohio State! Go Bucks!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that you have a good relationship with! If you feel there is chemistry, go for it! That's essential before finding someone that just knows their content.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
"What do I specifically need, what are my areas of struggle, and where do I feel I have the most to gain by meeting with a teacher?'
It's important for students to have expectations of their teachers as well, so students should also think about the standard they want to be at with their Teacher!
