I have been an English teacher and school counselor for nearly 40 years. I have also worked with college students and professional educators. I love educcation and working with young people, not to speak of the love for my subject area. I enjoy working with young people and more so when I can see that "light bulb" go on in their understanding of what they seemed to be confused about! In other words=When they "get it"!

I earned my bachelor’s degree in education and recently completed my master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Hello! I am Ericka, a wife, and mother to two elementary- aged children in Northeast Ohio. I am currently in my last semester at Liberty University to achieve a Masters of Arts in Elementary in Education. I am patient, understanding, and have a true love of working with children.
