Knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient Christopher came here to teach me pivot tables which I needed to know for work. I had no knowledge of what they were or did and when he left I had an understanding which I did not think I could achieve in such a short time. The patience he showed was wonderful as I was nervous and he put me at ease which is not an easy task! He also had to figure out what I need to do (in Excel)when I do not completely understand it myself but by the time he left, he understood and I am confident that I can succeed now and it is all because of Christopher!
