She was a wonderful fit for my son, who had been diagnosed with a developmental delay which resulted in him having an Individualized Education Plan. I was impressed that she not only recognized this but asked to peruse his IEPs. This, I am sure, helped her tailor how to work with my son to ensure he understood the mathematical concepts of which he had previously struggled. Throughout the semester, I began to notice my son’s approach to math was not as foreboding and apprehensive, and he seemed more relaxed.
