After failing two math classes he needed to graduate from college, I decided to get my son a tutor. Obviously, the two paid online math help sites did not assist him to the point of his mastering the courses. She was a wonderful fit for my son, who had been diagnosed with a developmental delay which resulted in him having an Individualized Education Plan.
