About
As a current PhD student at a Ivy school in the US with over 10 years of tutoring experience, I bring both deep subject knowledge and a strong passion for teaching. I’ve worked with students across a wide age range—from kindergarteners just getting started to high school seniors preparing for AP exams and college-level courses. With a solid foundation in math, physics, and computer science, I specialize in helping students in grades 8 through 12 master their schoolwork and also support university students in subjects like classical mechanics, quantum physics, and scientific computing.
All K–12 material is still very fresh and familiar to me, and I make it my priority to meet each student where they are—whether they need fast, targeted help on a tough homework question or are looking for slow, methodical instruction to develop a deep understanding of a topic. I take time to understand each student’s goals and learning style, and I adapt my teaching approach accordingly. I also welcome parent involvement and feedback.
Above all, I strive to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel confident, encouraged, and empowered to ask questions and take charge of their own learning. Whether you’re trying to raise your grade, ace an exam, or truly understand the “why” behind the equations, I’m here to help.
