Hello! I am a recent post-grad living in the Greensboro area. I graduated from Wheaton College, IL with a bachelor's in "Philosophy with Chemistry". Essentially, I studied the natural sciences in preparation for a career in medicine, and philosophy because it was my passion. I also studied Spanish! I've always been a tutor since my sophomore year of high school. I'm proficient and used to teach in areas such as English, Spanish, writing, and the social sciences. I've taught all types of students from middle school to high school. I also have been a teacher's assistant for a 2nd grade class for a semester. I helped with lesson plans, creating assignments and hands on learning. I've found through the years I've tutored that the most helpful thing for the student is finding their process of how they do the problem instead of forcing my process onto them.
