I hold a PhD in biochemistry and have recently moved back to the North Carolina area. My goal it to play a role in improving my community's STEM proficiency by helping students understand and really enjoy scientific concepts. I specialize in biology and chemistry as well as subtopics within those two disciplines - genetics, cell biology, ecology etc......
