As a current tutor for K-2nd grade with the Augustine Literacy Project 5+ years focusing on children with learning differences employing an Orton-Gillingham inspired approach, I have worked with children for whom English is a second language, children who struggle with dyslexia and my own son with ADHD. I understand the frustrations of learning to read, but also its importance in being a successful student. I also have experience working with students from K through high school in reading, writing, essays, and editing. My goal is to build confidence and skills to work successfully on their own.

I have a degree from Clemson University. I have proofread for family and friends all throughout college as well as written A+ papers myself and earned As throughout my education. I have also taught ESL in South Korea.
