College Advice/English Tutor

Hi! I am a recent graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Psychology and minors in English and African American Studies. I'm passionate about helping students, especially from disadvantaged and/or diverse backgrounds reach their goals.

I have been tutoring younger family members and classmates since middle school, but only recently started professionally.

I have been a private tutor (English, History, Spanish, ACT/SAT Prep) since September of 2018, helping a student raise their grades by 2 letter grades in 2 subjects.

I am also a tutor for an Upward Bound program, in which I coach and teach graduating seniors about the college admissions process and useful tips for transitioning into adulthood.
