As a former elementary school teacher with 10 years of classroom experience, I am able to utilize a variety of tools and methods to help you or your student succeed. I have taught basic elementary school subjects (math, science, social studies, language arts), but my main focus was teaching reading in the lower elementary through middle school ages. Most recently, I taught online English language courses to elementary aged students in China. I love helping guide students through their learning journey by facilitating their understanding of the written word. I value my students and know that every student has huge potential to be successful!

I have quite a bit of teaching and tutoring experience. I have 7 children, and I homeschooled all of them. I have also taught 1st grade in the school system. Last year I taught 6th grade writing at a Christian school and enjoyed it so much. —so much that I’m taking another 6th grade class! I have Mondays and Wednesdays available to tutor. I looooove teaching phonics to help kids, teens and adults to spell to write and read.

We have been helping St. Charles County students for over 12 years. We use the school’s curriculum for the fastest, most effective results. All of our tutors have a minimum of a bachelors degree. The tutoring is one on one and done in your location of choice around your availability.
