Lincoln Math And Sciences Tutoring!
About
Hello there! I am currently a 7th year MD-PhD student at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis going to become a surgical oncologist. My PhD is in Molecular Cell Biology and I intend to do cancer research part-time as a clinician. I have over 10 years of tutoring, both small group and privately in Math (Trig to Algebra to Calculus), Physical Sciences (Physics, Chem and Physical Chem all levels) and Biological Sciences (Biology, Biochem, Anatomy, Physiology, etc. at all levels).
My tutoring approach takes a holistic view toward learning – I do not believe in just a few sessions on an emergency basis for one subject, but rather an extended program catered to the needs and long-term goals of the individual student. I enjoy seeing students not only succeed in the subject at hand but also enhance their confidence in other subject areas. If you are pre-med I can help you out at any stage of the gruesome med school application process from MCAT assistance to helping with personal statements as well.
I have a BS in Biochemistry, an MA in Biology and currently getting my MD and PhD (Molecular Cell Biology) from Washington University in St. Louis. Have tutored these subjects for over 10 years!
Please contact me if you need assistance with any Math, Physics, Biology or Chemistry (all levels) assistance!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first set up a 30min-45min orientation meeting (at no cost) to discuss students' needs and set up goals and expectations. Then I set up a tutoring plan.
