I work primarily with students who struggle with reading, writing or spelling, whether they have been diagnosed with dyslexia or not.
I utilize a Structured Literacy approach, which is recommended by the National Institute of Health, the National Reading Panel and the International Dyslexia Association. It is the approach that is supported by scientific research, though it is very different from what is typically used in schools.
