My name is Yvette Boucher, and my business is Lil Learners Luv Learning. I taught kindergarten for 20 years, and I love to teach! I have a teaching license in the state of Minnesota. My teaching style is hands-on. I like to make learning fun. I also love to help children and adults become confident, successful learners.

With a BFA in creative and professional writing and over seven years of tutoring and editing experience, I’m excited to share my passion for writing with you. My goal is always to help my clients improve their writing. However, my true passion lies in providing a safe place for writers to explore their strengths, make mistakes, and gain more confidence in their writing skills. With my tutoring, I like to provide the most personable service possible. I get to know my clients, develop friendships with them, and show them that even the most difficult assignment or subject matter can be made fun. Over the past five years, I have worked as a licensed elementary teacher in diverse roles. I had two years in my own classroom, followed by three years in specialist roles. Throughout this time, I have especially enjoyed opportunities to tutor both students who need some reinforcement of concepts, as well as those looking for a challenge. I am comfortable teaching all subjects K-8, and have experience with public, private, and homeschool education. As your child's tutor, I will always provide encouragement, foster a love of learning, and provide an individualized approach.

I have over 14 years experience. I currently teach in the St Paul district as an elementary teacher. I am available for online tutoring for children ages 5-12.

I work with kids who need a personalized approach to reading, writing, typing, and French. I have proficient computer skills as well, and prefer to do online tutoring :)

As a current high school student with 5+ years working with children all of the materials is still fresh in my mind. I have worked with a variety of ages from 4-14. I provide a nurturing environments where it can be at the child’s pace for learning. All kids learn differently and I’m here to help facilitate that! My goal is to help the child learn the material, understand it and hopefully be excited about it!
