I am a college graduate with over 4 years of experience tutoring. I enjoy working with students of a variety of ages and have worked with elementary school students all the way to seniors in high school. I am an independent tutor specializing with native Spanish speakers. I give a personal customized approach. I have studied several languages myself and I know what challenges there are in learning a new language, I also like to talk about cultural, social questions a client may want to want to know about. My goal is to make the learner as comfortable as possible. It is a privilege to be able to help someone with a language.

I volunteer at a local elementary school in my state that teaches Spanish Immersion! I have always loved to teach and learn. I know three languages as of now, and I only want to learn more. I don’t have my degree yet, but I will in about a month. I am minoring in Linguistics and Interpreting. I don’t currently have any certifications, but that will change very soon! I am excited to share what I have learned. Again, I work with Pre-K up til 5th grade. I also work as an interpreter for ASL and Spanish. I hope to be chosen to work with you. I was a trial attorney with the US Justice Dept for6 years and I trial attorney in private practice for almost forty years.
