Hello! I am a graduate student in Data Science at the University of Minnesota. In the past I have taught precalculus and algebra, and I have been tutoring math to students of all levels since 2015.

I am a newly retired elementary teacher. The more recent years I taught gifted & talented students in both reading and math in an everyday program. I have taught grades 1-6 throughout my career, but tend to choose grades 3- 6 as my expert level. I really enjoy kids. Past students would say that my classroom environment felt safe, nurturing, and positive. They were not afraid to make mistakes because they knew I would help them be comfortable with the material and try many ways to get them there.
