hi my Name is Kritina Reingand when i was in college, i have 6+ expereince in tutoring. i am reviein k-12 khan cademy and getting 100 so far. When i was working in Kumon from summer of 2015 till 2020. I taught mathematics for elementary education - 12th grade. It was mostly addition, multiplication, and subtraction.I taught students between the ages of five to fourteen. I was mostly grading their classwork. If it is correct, then I circled, and if it is not correct I put a checkmark or an X. Many of these worksheets were timed, so I would point to the questions to help them do them faster. I would encourage them while they did the sheets. I

Honestly, being a college student helps me connect with students I tutor way easier because I understand their struggles as fellow students and it makes the bond/relationship more relatable and easy to build. Also, it is easier to help them out academically because I am also trying to grow academically so I would lend them a healing hand and introduce them into a schedule or way of learning that helps me and tailor it to help them easier. I enjoy seeing the joy on a child's face when they conquer a question and how amazing they feel. I love seeing a child grow not only in a subject strength but also overall academically and personally....
