I am a seasoned ESL teacher, having taught teens and adults for over 10 years. I hold a MA in Adult Education. English can be an intimidating language to learn and I like to make it an easy and fun learning experience.

As a PHD biology scientist and Life-Science patent attorney, I’m a life long learner of all things interesting. Over my past 30 yrs, I have had the pleasure of tutoring elementary to college-aged students in many science and math related subjects. I am a non traditional applicant/student and have fought multiple challenges to be where I am today as a physician. So I know where you are and my desire to help comes from my own personal struggles. When someone told me I will never make it to college, I was so devastated. If it was not for caring tutors who took the time to invest in me and BELIEVED in me, I would not have graduated summa cum laude from UC BERKELEY. And here I graduated medical school and a physician.
