I've been an elementary school teacher for the past 22 years. A majority of my time teaching has been in K-2. I have lots of experiences working with students of all needs. I believe making connections and having fun play an important role in a child's learning. I love teaching. I love the moments when a struggling student finally figures something out. I love helping out in math. Whenever a student in my class needs help with a subject I’m always there to help them understand. Even when it’s online I help out. Where it’s a specific topic or just something someone’s not sure about and needs a little practice with.
