I take a personalized approach by ensuring that I understand the student's motivations and aspirations. In so doing, I can frame all of the study in a way that caters to those motivations and aspirations. This helps the student understand the "Why" behind what that are learning.
I love helping enable people to accomplish their goals. There is no greater satisfaction than seeing someone I helped accomplish what they put in so much hard work and effort to do.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Any tutoring process begins with setting goals. Once goals are established, a benchmarking exercise identifies strengths and growth areas. In the next phase, these growth areas are focused on in preferential order. After completing the review of growth areas, another benchmarking exercise determines whether or not the goals are met.
